Wanted List
How do you decide on who gets your vote?
Candidates clearly do not underestimate the power of popularity for spending millions on air time and music royalties. Truth be told, it’s already been years and I still memorize the VOT FOR D CHAMP campaign ad, and no matter how annoying I found the Ja-ja-ja-jamby jingle, I still catch it playing in my head (and making me laugh).
Siding with or against the current administration is another way candidates are remembered by, and I still find it hilarious that our political parties are divided into such — forgetting that defining the enemy is not synonymous to defining him/herself. This is such an effective “strategy” that it is not anymore unusual to find balimbing politicians; it’s rarely ever about one’s platforms and track record.
When I myself first voted in the 2007 elections, I basically leaned towards aspirants who were against the administration, those who were eloquent (and actually made sense *ahem*CHIZ HANGIN*ahem), and ones whom I was actually familiar with (i.e. brand recall). I was certainly a victim of the common notion that being a responsible voter meant showing up and casting my vote. Wrong.
Being a responsible voter means making an informed decision; i.e. knowing your candidates before actually choosing them. And this must not be limited to whether or not the person supports the current administration; it should be about ones platforms and track record — AND PLEASE do not start learning about these things the night before Election Day. It doesn’t end on Election Day either. Make sure they deliver, or you would have just been fooled. Let us own the country’s future — we are ALL accountable.
Below is a list of congressmen who voted for a Con-Ass. Let us remember these names and guide our decisions in the future. Track record should never be overlooked. They say that history only repeats itself if people easily forget. Let us remember… remember and learn from our past.

Nakakahiya ang Bicol region. Parang perfect attendance
Perfect attendance din ang Marikina! Haizzzzzzzzzzzz
This was indeed the main act of the LAKAS-CMD merger!
Shoots. I met Herbert Bautista yesterday (current QC vice-mayor), and I wasn’t very impressed. Kaso ang makakalaban niya sa QC para sa pagka-Mayor ay nasa listahang ito!

Tutukan talaga dapat natin ung ginagawa ng mga binoboto natin. That way, they feel pressured to do their jobs well and make the right decisions! Parang empleyado lang ‘yan na walang amo — may tendency to slack off.
Thanks, Ryan!
Sana may mayaman na mag publish ng mga names tapos pakalat nationwide
Kahit nga sa Congress website, ‘di ko nahanap ung kopya. We encourage everyone to post this list in your own blogs — mas binabasa naman kasi natin ang blog ng mga kaibigan natin. Good news though na marami na ring umiikot na listahan. Ilang beses ko na rin ito natanggap sa e-mail
Sana talaga ‘wag tayong madaling makalimot.
